Extraction Method
Continuous line with two-phase cold centrifugal extraction. Internal temperature below 27 °C. No filtration, natural decantation and racking, “must oil”. Storage in underground tanks in the dark at a controlled temperature to preserve its organoleptic qualities.
Preservation
Store at a temperature between 12 and 18°C, in a cool, dry place, away from sources of light and heat.
